Death Valley
Death Valley Pictures. The Valley of Death – it is above all, a dramatic, colorful desert… an unusual wild, primordial nature and magnificent landscapes that represent the geological, historical and artistic interest to researchers and tourists. The lowest point of the Western hemisphere is Bad Water and is located at 282 feet below sea level.
Death Valley National Park is open year round, but summer temperatures are in the 54°C, and if you find yourself uncomfortable with this heat, then the winter wonder months with all its beauty will be for you.
In the park there are 9 campsites, restaurants, and swimming pools. In the Valley of Death is a variety of attractions and entertainment shows. For example, Ghost Town is an old, long-deserted town of prospectors and miners. There is also a house, named after a famous prospector, Castle Scotty (Scotty’s Castle). Death Valley is a place of residence for the Indian tribe Timbisha. Several families of the tribe were still living in the park.
If you are interested with the splendor colors of the desert and are not indifferent to the noise of wind, birth sand. It is one of the first places that are worth visiting.
